I've been researching graphics editing software. So far is looks like Paintnet is the best because it's free! I've added the link to download the software into my favorite sites.
I've just started discovering graphics editing and it's tons of fun! i started with the free software Photrefilter, but quickly found it too limiting. I don't want to pay for software until I find out if I'll use it.
I'll post some pictures I've played with/created.
